Just like the past two years, about 370 freshmen plus 90 coaches (sophomores and juniors) sit together in 90 groups in a large auditorium for concurrent action learning sessions. These 90 coaches have been trained by Professor 鄭秀娟 and Rikkyo Action Learners. The non-flat ceiling rules out flatter echoes so that voices are heard very clearly even when everybody is speaking.

4月5日､ウェルカムキャンプ2日目｡今年で3年目になる、90グループ(新入生370人+2/3年生コーチ90人)同時進行のアクションラーニングセッション実施中。90人のコーチを育成したのは、鄭准教授とRikkyo Action Learners。平らでない天井が反響(フラッターエコー)を防いでいて、大勢が同時に話してもうるさくならない。
