Last Friday I was in Delhi to receive the award plaque of WIAL Client of the Year Academic Sector. The plaque was given by Dr. Michael John Marquardt, Professor at George Washington University (Left). What I wear looks casual, but it is not. I bought it in Delhi the day before and I made it sure that it is business wear. Maybe it is just as Aloha shirt is in Hawaii.
They gave me 25 minutes for presentation as the winner of the award, and so I organized the slides to tell my "war story" for the past 8 years, and also with "before and after" of introduction to College of Business of action learning. Somebody told me later my presentation was the highlight of the day.

一昨日(金曜)午後にWorld Institute for Action Learning (WIAL)年次総会(デリー)で表彰式があり､academic sector client of the year受賞のaward plaqueをいただいてきました｡人物写真の左はWIAL代表のMichael Marquardtジョージ・ワシントン大学教授です｡私が着ている赤っぽい生地に金のストライプの服は､授賞式前日に現地で買ったみた､インド定番のビジネスウェア(カジュアルに見えるが実はビジネスOKという点ではアロハと同じかも)です｡
授賞式では､25分時間をいただいて講演しました｡BLPと経営学部ではここ8年にいろんなことがあったので､アクションラーニングを導入する前と後の比較を含めて､クロノロジー風･戦史風にストーリーを作って会場でプレゼンテーションしました｡これがかなり好評だったようで､このプレゼンテーションが当日のハイライトだったと言ってくれた人もいました｡
